WOD- “19.11.12”

We have started stocking a Pre-WOD drink called Kratos Rxd pre-WOD Fuel, its the only CrossFit specific supplement out there. Personally I have never used any kind of Pre-WOD drinks in the past; however I certainly recommend this one, both myself and Coach Callum Campbell have had good results using it. If you would like to try out a sample please come and grab me atleast 20 mins before your WOD, preferably with a shaker in hand 🙂

Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD

spend 10-15 minutes working on a gymnastic movement of your choice (T2B will be coached)

rest 5 mins

AMRAP 15 minutes:

  • 12 Wall Balls 6/9kg
  • 9 T2B
  • 6 Burpees
