Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD

Part A

Spend 15 minutes working on kipping Pull ups, Toes 2 Bar/Rings or Knees to chest.

Part B

work as far as you can up an 8 minute ladder of:

  • 3 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
  • 3 Box Jumps @ 20″/24″
  • 6
  • 6
  • 9
  • 9
  • etc until 8 minutes is up
