Spend 15 minutes working on kipping Pull ups, Toes 2 Bar/Rings or Knees to chest.
work as far as you can up an 8 minute ladder of:
- 3 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
- 3 Box Jumps @ 20″/24″
- etc until 8 minutes is up
