Ski 600m
Stretch & Mobilise

Handstand Push Up Tekkers

For Time Of:
30 Handstand Push Ups
40 Toes to Bar
50 Static Lunges
60 Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg
Run 800m

* Scale HSPU’s with ab-mats/pikes or with Press Ups @ 2 – 1
* Scale TTB for “High Knees”
* Scale WEIGHT as needed.
