Kit Set-Up & Movement Practice


5 Rounds for Time of:
Run 400m
15 Overhead Squats @ 30/42.5kg

* Reduce DISTANCE to 300m or 200m
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Switch to a Back or Front Squat, Goblet or Air Squat if needed
