Handstand Push Up Tekkers

WOD:
5 Minute AMRAP of:
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Back Squats @ 40/60kg
10 Alternating Lunges

Rest 2 Minutes

5 Minute AMRAP of:
4 Handstand Push Ups
10 Front Squats @ 35/50kg
10 Alternating Lunges

Rest 2 Minutes

5 Minute AMRAP of:
3 Handstand Push Ups
10 Overhead Squats @ 30/40kg
10 Alternating Lunges

* Scale HSPU’s with Ab-Mats or Pikes @ 1-1 or Press Ups @ 2-1
* Scale all WEIGHTS as needed
