Handstand Push Up Tekkers
Deadlift Tekkers

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP of:
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Deadlifts @ 60/85kg
15 Static Alternating Lunges

* Scale HSPU with Ab-Mats. Scale to Pikes on Knees or Feet. Swap for Press Ups @ 2 – 1
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
