WOD – “Dianne”

21-15-9 reps for time:

  • Deadlifts @ 70kg/100kg
  • Handstand Push ups

*Scale the weight as needed, HSPU’s can be subbed for Press ups/pikes at 2-1. The use of Ab-mats will be 1-1; however please select the right number to use, i.e don’t go with 3 just to go faster when you know you can do HSPUs to one ab-mat albeit a little more challenging :-)*
