Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise

Outdoor Drills (Running, Jumping, Hopping, etc…)

For Time Of:
Run 5000m

* Scale Distance as needed, this can be discussed with the Coach before starting the WOD. Please note that there is no time cap for this, so the aim will just be to keep moving and get to the end!
