15 Hang Power Cleans @ 30/40kg
15 Press Ups

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Reduce Press Ups to 10 or 5 Reps or Scale to Knees if needed

30 Seconds of Russian Twists
40 Seconds of Sit Ups
