Warm up

Run 800m, everyone will run this distance got to keep the Metres in the legs

Stretch and Mobilise

Toes to bar/Knee’s to elbow tekkers

WOD-“ANNIE”

50-40-30-20-10 reps for the time of:

  • Double Unders, (scale 3-1 singles)
  • Sit ups

This is the most frustrating benchmark WOD going, you need to remain focused throughout 🙂
