30 Double Unders

Rest 5 Minutes

“Teesside Throwdown WOD 3″
In 6 Minutes:
Run 800m
In the remaining time AMRAP:
Burpee Over Box Jumps @ 20/24”

* Scale WEIGHT, HEIGHT & DISTANCE as needed
* Scale DU’s for Reduced Reps (15) or 60 Single Unders
