20 Alternating Box Step Ups @ 24/30”
Run 200m

* Reduce DISTANCE to 100m

* Reduce PUll UPS to 5 Reps
* Scale PULL UPS to Band Assisted, Jumping or Ring Rows

* Reduce PRESS UPS to 10 or 5 Reps
* Scale PRESS UPS to Box Assisted or Knees

* Scale HEIGHT as needed
