Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

Power Clean Tekkers


Part A

Take 20 mins to estabilsh your 1RM Power Clean.

rest 5 mins

Part B

In a 5 minute window complete 30 Power Cleans @ 42.5kg/60kg, then in the remaining time AMRAP Lateral Burpees.

*Scale the weight as needed, a rough guide would be to use 85% of your 1RM for the Power Cleans*
