  • 15 Air Squats
  • 5 Inch worms


40 seconds ON 20 seconds OFF x 7 Rounds

  • Wall Balls @ 6kg/9kg
  • Over the box jumps @ 20″/24″
  • KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
