12 Minute Ladder of:
2 Alternating Pistol Squats
2 Wallballs @ 6/9kg
4 Burpees
4 Alternating Pistol Squats
4 Wallballs @ 6/9kg
8 Burpees
6 Alternating Pistol Squats
6 Wallballs @ 6/9kg
12 Burpees
16… Etc

* Scale Pistols with Band or Post. Use an equipment aid (hold object, heel on plate etc) Choose an alternate single leg movement (box step up, lunges etc).
* Scale WEIGHT as needed.
