  • Run 800m
  • 50 Box Jumps @ 20″/24″
  • 40 Walking Lunges
  • 30 Toes to Bar/Rings (2-1 Sit ups/V-sits
  • 20 Pull Ups/Ring Rows
  • 10 Handstand Press ups (3-1 Press ups)
  • Run 400m
