  • 10 Push Press (PVC pipe)

800m Run for the time.

Part B

AMRAP: 15 minutes

  • 7 Burpees
  • 14 Wall Balls @ 6kg/9kg  – 9’/10′ target
  • 21 Double Unders (63 singles)
