50 Sit Ups
100 Double Unders
30 Shoulder to Overhead @ 50/70kg
50 Sit Ups
100 Double Unders
30 Back Squats @ 50/70kg
50 Sit Ups

Time Cap = 25 Minutes

* Reduce DUs to 50 or 25 Reps
* Scale DUs to 200 Single Unders

* Scale WEIGHT as needed (Weight should be challenging, but must link at least 3 STOH every time you pick it up, mid-WOD weight changes can be done in this workout)

* Reduce SIT UPS to 25 Reps
