CrossFit Teesside’s next Weightlifting Course will begin Saturday 17th June. The Course will last for 12 Weeks in total. Classes will run at the following times every Saturday:
4:00pm – 5:15pm
5:15pm – 6:30pm
The Weightlifting Course is perfect for anyone who would like to learn or improve Technique in the Olympic Lifts which include the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. The Course will also help you to build confidence in the Lifting Area at the Box and show you how to Build Strength for the Olympic Lifts.
The Course is split into two halves. The first 6 weeks will be spend focussing on the Snatch, and the second 6 weeks focussing on the Clean & Jerk. The lifts are broken down and learnt step by step each week which means it is important that you come to as many sessions as possible. To help you to do this, each week also includes a Catch Up session on a Tuesday evening at 8:00pm for those who cant make their weekend session that week.
The full price of the Weightlifting Course is £60 (£5 per session). If you would like to book onto the Course please let us know which Class you would like to attend. We also require a 50% Deposit in cash (£30) to secure your place on the Course, the remaining amount can be paid at your 1st class.
