REST DAY/ Active recovery

Active recovery would involve a light row/run, plenty of stretches and mobilisation.

Remember you can still come in and catch up on any missed WODs during the week.

New opening hours update

Plans are in place for extra opening hours, these are going to include 3 extra hours of CrossFit class including early mornings as well as an additional “OPEN GYM” slot. Sundays will still remain to be officially closed; however “OPEN GYMS” will be posted when the coaches go in, which as you know is most weekends 🙂

The extra hours will see Coach “B” take a permanent part time role on the coaching team; Coaches Chris and Callum will also be around in the classes to offer any advice or answer any questions you may have.

I just want to remind you that the Coaching team we have at the box is of the highest standard, each bringing their very own style and expertise to you by drawing from their past experiences. If a coach advises you to “Scale” a weight/height then hes doing this for your own safety and just as importantly keeping you honest in the WOD. To that end, please adhere to any instructions or guidance given to you at any given time.

I know the new opening hours have been a long time in coming and I really appreciatte everybodys patience during the busy WODs. Im hoping the extra slots will reduce the peak times and offer some people extra WOD times. More details will follow on the times, and were looking to go live in around 4 weeks time.
