3 x max Handstand holds against the wall.

Wall Climb tekkers/scales.


5 Rounds for the time of:

  • 3 Wall Climbs
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 30 Double Unders (3-1 singles)

Optional Finisher

For time: 25 GHD sit ups, 25 Burpees
