10 Alternating Lunges
10 Hang Power Cleans
10 Alternating Front Rack Lunges

Kit Set-Up & Movement Practice

WOD:

12 Minute AMRAP of:
Row, Ski or Bike 12/15 Calories or Run 200m
10 Hang Power Cleans @ 45/60kg
10 Alternating Front Rack Lunges @ 45/60kg

* Scale WEIGHT as needed

Rest 3 Minutes

b)
5 Minute Plank Hold

* Set Clock for 5 Minutes, Hold for as long as you can, rest only when needed, get back in as soon as you can!
