WOD-16.02.12 “Rest Day”

REST DAY/ Active recovery

Active recovery would involve a light row/run, plenty of stretches and mobilisation

Theres rumours of a Fight Gone Bad going on at some point in the evening 😉

This Saturday morning theres a selection of Ninja’s heading over to the Albert Park Run, this is a 5km run around the park which is free of charge. It starts at 9am, if your intrested in coming down you need to follow the link below and register. After youve registered you’ll recieve a barcode, print this out and bring it along with you.  The 10am class will be still going ahead as scheduled :-).
