- Deadlifts @ 70kg/100kg
- Box Jumps @ 20″/24″
- Hand Release Press ups
*Scale the weight as needed/ 3-1 singles*
If the class is crowded you can do your gymnastic tekkers whilst waiting for the WOD or Visa Versa.
