Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

Deadlift tekkers


Part A

Spend 15 minutes working on kipping pull ups

Part B

Buy in 50 Double Unders, then

21-15-9 reps for time:

  •  Deadlifts @ 70kg/100kg
  •  Box Jumps @ 20″/24″
  •  Hand Release Press ups

*Scale the weight as needed/ 3-1 singles*

If the class is crowded you can do your gymnastic tekkers whilst waiting for the WOD or Visa Versa.
