Warm up

800m Run, Stretch and mobilise

3 rounds (no time)

  • 50 single unders
  • 5 press ups, 5 squats, 5 Ring rows

In 12 minutes establish your one rep max height Box jump

Rest

For the time:

  • 15 Double Unders/60 Single unders (These must be unbroken)
  • 30 H/R Press ups
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 30 Ab-mat Sit ups
  • 30 Box jumps @ 20”/24”
  • 30 Ring dips
  • 30 Walking lunges
  • 15 Double Unders/60 Single unders (These must be unbroken)
