This week see’s our Head Coach “Coach B” take a well deserved 1 week break, no doubt you’ll still see him in the box throughout the week cracking on with his own training and joining in with the WODs. You’ll be looked after by myself “Coach Howitzer” and I’ll be aided by Steven Virtue who continues his training ready for his future role at CrossFit DL21DL.
