20 Double Unders

Immediately Into:

8 Minute AMRAP Of:
Run 100m
15 Box Step Ups @ 16/24kg – 20/24″
20 Ab-Mat Sit Ups

* Scale Pistol Squats for Band/Post Assisted, use and equipment aid e.g. Plate under heel, hold an object or stand on box, or Jumping Air Squats
* Scale DU’s for 60 Single Unders
* Scale WEIGHT & HEIGHT as needed
