For time:

  • 50 Calorie Assault bike
  • 50 Press ups
  • 50 Sit ups
  • Run 800m
  • 50 Overhead walking lunges 10kg/20kg
  • 50 Burpees onto the plate

*Scale the weight of the plate as needed*
