5 Rounds for Max Reps of:

1 Minute of Single Arm Kettlebell Thrusters @ 16/24kg
(switch arms after every 5 Reps)
1 Minute of Chest to Bar Pull Ups
1 Minute of Burpees
1 Minute Rest

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale C2B for regular PU’s, Band Assisted or Jumping PUs, or Ring Rows
