Warm Up:
Run 800m
Followed By:
10 Alternating Step Ups
5 Burpees
x 3

Kit Set-Up & Movement Practice

 

WOD:
For Time of:
25 Strict Pull Ups
50 Box Jumps @ 20/24”
75 Burpees
1 Mile Run

* Reduce STRICT PULL UPS to 20/15/10 Reps (should take less than 5 Minutes to complete)
* Scale STRICT PULL UPS to Strict Band Assisted Pull Ups or Ring Rows

* Scale HEIGHT as needed
* Switch Box Jumps to Alternating Box Step Ups

* Reduce Burpees to 50 or 25 Reps as needed

* Reduce DISTANCE to 1200m or 800m as needed
