then immediately into:

3 Rounds of:
30 Alternating Pistol Squats
30 Hang Power Snatches @ 25/35kg

then immediately into:
Run 1 Mile

* Scale DISTANCE as needed
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale Pistols for Post/Box/Band Assisted
* Sub Pistols for Lunges/Step Ups/Squats
