REST DAY/ Active recovery

Active recovery would involve a light row/run, plenty of stretches and mobilisation work. Also a great opportunity to work on skills or fundamentals.

ON THE 22ND OCTOBER CROSSFIT TEESSIDE WILL BE HOSTING THE EVENT ” AMAZING GRACE-BARBELLS FOR BOOBS”. THIS IS A WORLDWIDE ANNUAL CROSSFIT EVENT HAPPENING THROUGHOUT THE MONTH OF OCTOBER. THE AIM IS TO RAISE MONEY AND AWARENESS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST BREAST CANCER. AS WE ARE A RELATIVELY NEW AFFILLIATE SOME OF YOU WONT BE AWARE OF THE WOD “GRACE”. “GRACE” IS A BENCHMARK WOD CONSISTING OF 30 CLEAN AND JERKS @ 42.5kg/60kg FOR THE TIME. THESE WEIGHTS CAN OBVIOUSLY BE SCALED TO SUIT THE INDIVIDUAL.
