WOD – “13.02.12”

Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD

5 Rounds for time:

  • 50 Double Unders (3-1 singles)
  • 25 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
  • 10 Down – up – Air Squats

TIME CAP – 20 minutes
