Today’s Workout is sadly another leaving WOD as we say goodbye to another one of our good friends and members Abbie. For those of you know Abbie, you will understand why this workout will be a good send off for her! We will be sad to see her go, but wish her well as she is moving to Sheffield where she joins her partner and starts a brand new Job as a teacher!
