11 Thrusters @ 25/35kg
11 Pull Ups

After 11 Minutes, Rest for 1 Minutes in Silence, Then Continue Until Finished.

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale PU’s for Band Assisted or Jumping PU’s or Ring Rows.
