12 Minute AMRAP of:
5 Handstand Push Ups
15 Russian Kettlebell Swings @ 24/32kg
25 Double Unders

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale HSPU’s with Ab-Mats or Pikes, or Swap for 10 Press Ups
* Scale DU’s for Reduced Reps (15) or 75 Single Unders
