WOD – “11.03.13”

Don’t forget that this week see’s the start of the 12:30-13:30 lunch time classes, these will be on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and will run for a trial period to gauge how popular they are. If you can take advantage of these then do so 🙂

This is also the first week of Coach Dave Butterfields full time role as a Coach at CrossFit Teesside. You all know what he is about, an extremely approachable, calm guy with a fountain of knowledge; however he doesn’t take any prisoners…. and HATES shallow squats 🙂
