Shoulder to Overhead @ 42.5/60kg
Alternating Pistol Squats
100m Run after every set of Pistols

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale Pistol Squats with an Equipment Aid (box, plate under heel, hold object)
* Scale Pistol Squats for Band or Post Assisted
* Switch Pistol Squats for Lunges or Box Step Ups
