Warm Up:

Stretch & Mobilise

Deadlift Tekkers

12 Minute AMRAP Of:
30 Deadlifts @ 50/70kg
30 Box Jumps @ 20/24″
30 Ab-Mat Sit Ups

* Scale WEIGHT & HEIGHT as needed.
