3 Deadlifts @ 60/85kg
15 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
6 Handstand Push Ups
6 Deadlifts @ 60/85kg
15 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
15… etc.

* Scale HSPU’s with Ab-Mats or Pikes @ 1-1, swap for Press Ups @ 2-1
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
