WOD-10.01.11

Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise.

Gymnastic Tekkers, choose ring dips, pull ups or Handstand push ups and perform 5 x max sets with 2 mins rest inbetween each set.

WOD

5 Rounds for the time of:

  • 20 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
  • 15 Ball Slams @ 7kg/9kg
  • 10 Double Unders (3-1 singles)
