WOD-1-12-12 “PAMELA”

One year ago Mark Lane’s Mam sadly passed away. Some of you may remember the HERO WOD that we did in Pamelas honour. We will repeat this WOD on Saturday 1st December.

As a few of you may remember I lost somebody very close to me this time last year, my mam. We dedicated this WOD In memory of her last year, so as a great community that we are lets get together again and give it our all. “Mark Lane”

Last year we programmed the following: 20 minute AMRAP: 1 Deadlift @ 70kg/100kg, 12 Lateral Burpees, 11 Sit ups.

This year we will change the 1 rep movement to a heavy Power Clean, this is something that we will do each year.
