  • 30 Double Unders
  • 15 OH Squats @ 30kg/42.5kg
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 15 OH Squats @ 30kg/42.5kg
  • 10 Double Unders
  • 15 OH Squats @ 30kg/42.5kg

*SCALE the weight as needed, Double Unders can be scaled as 3-1 singles*

Front Squats can be used for guys with Shoulder mobility issues.
