I go to Egypt tonight ,Wed 9th for a 5 day Scuba Diving break, but dont worry all the classes will be covered by the coaches.

Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

Scapular mobility tekkers


AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Ball Slams 7/9kg
  • 20 Double Unders (60 singles if your a member lass than 2 months/ 10 Burpees)
