CrossFit Teesside will soon be running its 6th Weightlifting Course which begins in April 2016! After the success of the previous 5 courses, we have decided to begin another 12 Week Course which is ideal for anyone who would like to Learn/Improve Technique in the Olympic Lifts and Build Strength/Confidence with the Barbell. The Course welcomes all abilities, including those who are brand new to the lifts to those who wish to fine tune their Technique.

The First weekend of the Course will take place 2nd/3rd April. The full price for all 12 Weeks is £60. In order to secure your place, you must choose which Class you wish you attend each week from the options below, along with making a £30 deposit (full payment due by date of 1st class).

Saturday 4:00pm – 5:15pm
Saturday 5:15pm – 6:30pm
Sunday 8:45am – 10:00am

If you will not be able to attend all of the sessions, please let me know before the start of the course, mid-week catch up sessions will be available for those who cannot attend their weekend session, these usually take place on Tuesday evenings at 8:00pm.
