1 Minute of Pistol Squats
2 Minute of Power Snatches @ 30/42.5kg
1 Minute of Rest

* Scale Pistol Squats with the Band or Post. Or use a piece of Equipment such as a Box or a Plate for Assistance.
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
