Back Squat 5-5-5, finish with your heaviest 5 rep max, lets get some volume in those heavy squats

  • 60 Air Squats
  • 10 Box Jumps @ 24″/30″ ( the bar is raised)
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 10 Box Jumps @ 24″/30″
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 Box Jumps @ 24″/30″
