Warm Up:
Run 800m

WOD:
You will find out what today’s WOD is when you arrive at the box :-). When packing your training kit make sure you come prepared to face any physical task which may be thrown at you!

As Crossfitters our aim is to be prepared for any physical contingency which we may come across, we are achieving this on a daily basis by taking part in a broad, general & inclusive fitness programme, which is making us ready for not only the unknown, but the unknowable. Remember, our speciality is not specializing! One a weekly basis we practice 10 different components of fitness in order to make us as well rounded as possible – Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Co-ordination, Agility, Balance & Accuracy.

This will not be a regular occurrence at the box, we will still be posting the WOD’s the night before so you can look forward to what your up against in your next training session, but for today’s let just wait and see what’s thrown at us, because no matter what it is, we’re ready for it!
