WOD – “08/04/2014”

This weekend CrossFit Jacana are having their “Opening Weekend”. Everyone is welcome to go and check out the new facility, there will be a few WOD’s going down so come ready to get stuck in! It will be open both Saturday and Sunday 10:00am – 2:00pm.

Its good to see people getting stuck into the Extra Programming Board at the box. For those of you who have not seen this yet, it is located in the Mobility Corner, Strength and Gymnastics work gets updated every 2 days, Conditioning work gets updated daily!
