WOD – “08/04/2013”

The 2013 Reebok Crossfit Games Open has finished! Its been amazing over the past 5 weeks to watch everyone pushing themselves to new limits and achieving what they once thought was not possible. Whether its been getting your first Toes to Bar, Chest to Bar, or Muscle Up? Hitting a new PB on a Clean & Jerk or Snatch? Smashing “Karen” rx’d for the first time, or taking part in your first Crossfit Competition! You should all be pleased with your achievements and have done Crossfit Teesside proud!

Also, not to mention everyone who has helped out with the judging over the past 5 weeks, you have done an awesome job of keeping the standards high it has been greatly appreciated!

Hopefully everyone who has taken part can learn from the Open, has discovered things to work on and continue to make youselves better athletes! Let the training for next year commence!
